Refund policy

We have a 5 -day return policy, which means you have 5 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging & outer packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To start a return, you can contact us at info@kasin.style or simply use the return button in your account for replace / refund. 

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label or our delivery partner and as well as instructions on how and where to send/ give your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order or better take picture of it, upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges

We only offer exchanges for items that are damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery.

If you receive a damaged or faulty item, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order to request an exchange. To be eligible, the item must be unused, unworn, with all original tags, and returned in its original packaging or outer packaging. You’ll also need to provide a receipt or valid proof of purchase, along with clear photos of the issue.

Once your return is received and inspected, and the issue is confirmed, we will process the exchange. If the item is no longer available, you may choose to receive a replacement of equal value or a refund.

Please note: We do not offer exchanges for reasons such as change of mind, wrong size, or preference. We recommend checking the product details carefully before placing your order.


Refunds

This refund policy applies only to products purchased and delivered through our official online platform.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7 to 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to post the refund to your account.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you have not received your refund, please contact us at info@kasin.style for assistance.

Please note: Refunds are not applicable for purchases made through offline channels or third-party platforms.
